New PhD Call 2020
Open Call for Doctoral Fellowships
Sint Lucas School of Arts Antwerpen (KdG University College) is offering three PhD fellowships (50%) with starting date 01/09/2021.
The first fellowship is limited to Jewellery. We are open to research projects that focus on one or more aspects of jewellery design, such as physicality, matter, ornamentation and symbolism, or to projects that explore the cultural and social meanings of jewellery. We are looking for a research project that will add to the promising potential of the research platform Precious Dialogue.
The second fellowship is limited to Digital Arts & Design. We are open to research projects that focus on computer art, internet art and generative art, especially in relation to AI, VR, and social media. We are looking for a research project that will add its outstanding quality to the strengths of the research platform EMRG.
The third fellowship is open to all other domains in the field of Visual Arts. We are looking for a research project that can join the research platform The Hybrid Designer, Interpraxis or Horizontal Drawing.
